How long does my order take to ship?

If you’re placing an order for pickup, you can usually get your candles within a few hours. If you need your order shipped, I’m happy to send it out within 1 to 3 business days. I’m a one-woman candle shop, not Amazon, but I’ll get it on its way as quickly as I can!

Do you offer international shipping? 

International shipping may be available, but rates vary depending on the destination and order size. Send me a message before ordering, and I’ll look into the shipping options and cost for you.

What is your return policy? 

I want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or the wick won’t light or stay lit, please contact me within 7 days and I’ll make it right. Some sinking or unevenness in the wax is normal with natural soy wax and is not considered a defect. Unused items may be returned within 14 days, with return shipping paid by the customer.
